A Facial Specialist student only has to pass the FGC exit exam with a score of 85% or better, complete the 100 state-mandated service hours, and receive 220 contact hours to submit an application for DBPR Florida Facial Specialty licensure. 学生 do not take a state exam.

Salary will vary upon the field they use their licensure and range from minimum wage to $40,000 or higher.
Facial Specialty program graduates are employed in DaySpas, in Medical Day Spas, as Makeup Artists, and as Theatrical and Performance Makeup Skincare Specialists.
