You are a personal enrichment/non-degree student if you do not plan to pursue a degree or certificate at FGC. Whether you’re taking courses for personal enrichment or looking to update a certification or skill set for your job, we’re happy to help you reach those goals.
Please follow the steps below to enroll as a non-degree student. Keep in mind that only the first two 招生 steps (apply and high school transcript) are required for admission, but some remaining steps can be completed simultaneously to expedite your 招生. Remember that we are here to help you through this process and your success is important to us.
Send official high school transcript to Enrollment Services, Florida Gateway College, 149 SE College Place, 湖城, FL 32025. If you had official transcripts sent directly to you, do not open them. You will need to send the official transcript, in the unopened envelope, to Enrollment Services through the U.S. 邮件.
If your high school credential was earned outside of the United States, a high school equivalency report from a NACES-approved evaluation service is required. 联系 Enrollment Services for more information.
While transcripts from colleges you previously attended are not required, the courses you previously completed may help you meet course prerequisites at FGC. Go ahead and turn in your official college transcripts to avoid inconvenience at registration and have it on file just in case you decide to pursue a program.

Receive your letter of acceptance that will include important login information for your MyFGC 传送门，还有 steps following admission.
This requirement allows you to be considered for in-state tuition rates. You may complete this step when you apply for admission by submitting the residency form and documents. Proving residency reduces your tuition by over 70%. For example, a 3 credit class will cost $310 instead of $1175.

行为, 坐, and PERT 测试 scores may be used for placement into college-level courses if the 测试 was taken in the past two years. To access 测试 prep materials or to schedule and exam, go to 测试中心 (keep hyperlink). The 测试中心 is located in building 7 and may be contacted at 测试.center@第五代计算机.edu or 386-754-4333.
如果你从9开始th grade in the 2003-2004 school year or later at a Florida public high school, and graduated from a Florida, public high school with a standard high school diploma, you may be exempt from Placement 测试ing in accordance with Senate Bill 1720. Advisors still recommend all students placement 测试 prior to the first term of registration in order to determine where you should start in college-level courses in order to be successful.
We want to make sure you have a plan in place to reach your goals! An advising appointment to discuss your academic plan is required before you register. Schedule your appointment with the appropriate advisor depending upon your program of study. 检查 建议指导 to determine your advisor.
